HOW TO BOOK

1. Please phone or email Helen to check for updates on the availability and request a place. N.B., a non-refundable DEPOSIT of £100 GBP per person is required to secure a place.

2. Helen will confirm availability asap and provide details of how to pay the deposit.

3. Confirmation Documents will be emailed to you upon receipt of your Deposit.In due course, a booking form will be sent to you, followed by a pre-retreat info pack.

NO RUSH TO SETTLE THE BALANCE. Payment of the course fee balance will be due a month before the start date and an email reminder and statement will be sent out in advance. The balance can be paid by transfer or cheque.

REFUNDS

THE DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE. Exceptions may be made for cancelled bookings due to illness or certain situations. Please get in touch by email or phone.

COURSE FEE REFUND: To request a refund on the course fee and to notify Icon Adventures of a cancellation, please email as soon as possible.

Refunds are subject to a cancellation charge, based on a sliding scale:

13 – 0 days before start date – sorry, no refund possible

27 – 14 days before start date: 10 % of the total fee, minus the £100 deposit, will be refunded

41 – 28 days before start date: 40 % of the fee, minus the deposit, will be refunded

55 – 42 days before start date: 70% of the fee, minus the deposit, will be refunded

56 days + before start date: Full refund – less the deposit, will be refunded.

RETREAT CONFIRMATION BY ICON ADVENTURES

To go ahead, each retreat course requires a minimum number of bookings. You will be notified that the retreat is definitely going ahead at the latest TWO MONTHS before the start date.

VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: For this reason it is best not to book flights or make travel plans until the retreat has been confirmed as going ahead.

RETREAT CANCELLATION BY ICON ADVENTURES

In the event of there being insufficient numbers – or it is not possible to go ahead for health and safety reasons – you will be advised of its cancellation 4 – 6 weeks prior to the start date of the Retreat. Your deposit (and any other payment) will be fully refunded within 7 working days, by the method they were paid.
